1 c. salad oil
1 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
4 c. flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Chill dough. Roll 1 tsp of dough in granulated sugar. Press with glass bottom. These will spread while baking.

Bake 375º 10 -12 minutes

This recipe is from a friend in Kansas City. They're a Blessing Hospital tradition at their auxiliary bake sales. The best sugar cookies I've ever tasted!
