1 pound ground beef
8 ounces uncooked macaroni
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (10.75 ounce) can tomato soup
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 package taco seasoning mix
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray. Cook macaroni until al dente. Drain. Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet until brown. Mix in soup, tomatoes, and seasoning mix. Stir in pasta and half of cheese. Transfer to baking dish and bake 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with the crushed chips and remaining cheese. Bake another 5 minutes. Top with sour cream, if desired.
