1 box Duncan HinesŪ yellow cake mix (or any good cake mix)
1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 T. parve margarine
1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 350⁰. Batter: In a mixer, mix together cake mix, instant pudding mix, eggs, oil and sour cream. Nut mixture: Crumble together sugar, cinnamon, margarine and pecans. Grease Bundt pan. Place half the nut mixture on the bottom of greased Bundt pan. Pour half the batter over the nut mixture. Spread the reaming nut mixture on the batter, then pour the remaining batter on top of the nut mixture. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, until cake tester comes out clean. Leave in pan for 5 minutes. Turn over onto cake plate and let cool before removing Bundt pan.
