1 lb. sea scallops
1/3 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 1/2 tsp. chopped shallots
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 T. lemon juice
1/3 c. bread crumbs
2 T. butter melted and divided

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients ina bowl and stir gently. Add 3 T. of breadcrumbs and 1 T. butter. Toss gently.
Place mixture in a lightly greased 11x7x1 1/2 in. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 2 1/3 T. of breadcrumbs ad drizzle with remaining 1 T. butter.
Bake uncovered at 475 degrees or until scallops are opaque.
Serve over rice
