1 cup cream
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together, bring to a boil, then simmer until ready to serve on pancakes, french toast, Teton Peaks, etc.

Sometimes I'll use half and half rather than cream. I will double or triple the batch and refrigerate the rest, reheating as needed.

Can use melted vanilla ice cream if butter, cream, and sugar aren't available.
