2 eggs or egg substitute
1 cup sugar or brown sugar or other sweetener
2-2 1/2 cups flour, can be 1/2 white and 1/2 wheat, or other flour.

Beat eggs until creamy. Add sugar. Slowly add flour to make a stiff dough. Roll out about 3/4 inch thick. Cut with a donut cutter or cookie cutters. Put on a greased cookie sheet and let stand overnight (10-12 hrs.)
Bake at 325 degrees for about 15 minutes or until hard and light brown.
