12 blintzes, defrosted
1 stick margarine
1 cup sour cream (12 oz.)
5 eggs
tsp. vanilla
2 T. orange juice
cup plus 1 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, pour over blintzes in a square casserole. Blenderize eggs,
sour cream, etc. Pour over blintzes. Bake in 350
oven for 40 minutes.
