1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup each Dijon & grainy mustard
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp.dried mint

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tips off 2 & 1/2 lbs. chicken wings; seperate at joint. In bowl,combine 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1/4 each Dijon & grainy mustard, 2 tbsp. cider vinegar, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 cloves garlic [minced ] & 1/2 tsp. each salt & pepper Add wings & stir to coat. Reserving marinade, arrange wings on foil-lined baking sheet. Spoon half of marinade over wings & bake at 400 oven for 20 min. Turn & brush with remaining marinade & cook for 20 min. more. Broil for 1 min each side until brown.

DIP:
Meanwhile in bowl whisk together dip seasonings & 1/4 cup each mayonnaise & sour cream.
