3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup flour
2 small cans crushed pineapple (8 3/4 oz.)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt
One baked pie shell

Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Heat until mixture thickens stirring frequently. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill and top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.Serves 6.
