1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups old fashioned oats
1 bag Heath toffee chips
1/2 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 bag butterscotch chips
sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

2. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, in four batches.

3. In another bowl combine oats, Heath chips, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Add to dough and combine.

4. Drop dough on greased cookie sheets and bake for 11-12 minutes. Sprinkle warm cookies with sea salt.
