1 C. white sugar
1 C. dark corn syrup
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, syrup and vinegar in a deep saucepan. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Continue to cook, stirring to 300º on candy thermometer or until a little of the mixture dropped in cold water becomes brittle. Lightly butter a 9x13 pan. Remove from heat and quickly stir in soda. Mix well. This will foam a lot.
Pour into pan. Do not spread or move while cooling (it breaks down the ingredients)
Cool. Cut or break into squares.
Dip in melted chocolate.
