1/3 cup butter
2/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
3 tbsp. milk
1 - 1-1/2 cups sifted icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/3 cup of butter in sauce pan.
Add 2/3 cup brown sugar (packed) and boil over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in 3 tbsp. milk and heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm. Gradually stir in 1 - 1-1/2 cups sifted icing sugar.
Place pan in ice water and stir until thick enough to spread.
Delicious over spice cake.
