Cook to soft ball stage:
1-1/2 C. Sugar
1/2C Sour Cream
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp White Corn Syrup

Remove from heat and add:
1/2 tsp burnt sugar flavoring
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp butter flavor

Stir till thick, add chopped nuts, pour into buttered cookie sheet
