1 Cup Butter (2 Sticks)
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
2 Packages Saltine Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees
Line 9x13 Cookie Sheet with Aluminum Foil
Place saltine crackers on cookie sheet (Make sure crackers cover entire sheet)

In saucepan on low heat, melt butter. Pour in Brown Sugar. Stir. Turn heat to medium high. Bring ingredients to a boil. Set timer for 3 minutes. Occasionally stir until mixture is caramelized. Turn off heat and let sit on burner for 1 minute. Drizzle entire mixture over saltine crackers.

Place entire cookie sheet in pre-heated oven. Bake for 4 minutes or until caramel is slightly bubbly. Remove from oven. Immediately sprinkle walnuts and chocolate chips all over caramel-covered crackers. Using back of a wooden spoon or spatula, slightly press nuts and chips into crackers. Chill in fridge or cold space for 2 hours. Break into brittle and enjoy!!
