4 squares chocolate
1/2 C butter
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 2/3 C flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
5 1/3 C coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter
3/4 C heavy cream
10 square semi-sweet chocolate

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*
Microwave 4 squares chocolate and 1/2 C butter. Stir in 1 C sugar until chocolate is well blended. Beat in eggs (1 at a time) with electric mixer until completely mixed. Add vanilla. Stir in 1/3 of flour mixture> (1 2/3 C flour, 3/4 tsp baking soda & 1/8 tsp salt all sifted together). Beat in remaining flour mixture alternately with 1 C water until well blended and smooth. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. Bake 30 minutes. Mix coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Spread over top of cake.
Microwave on high>> 2 tbsp butter & 3/4 C heavy cream. Stir. microwave 30 seconds or until mixture boils. Add 10 Squares semi-sweet chocolate. Stir till spreading consistency. Spread over coconut layer. Let stand till firm.
