1 C. shredded carrots
1/4 C. green onion, cliced (include tops)
3 T. butter
1/4 C. flour
2 C. milk
1 10-oz. can chicken broth
1 12.5 oz. can chicken
1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan cook carrots and green onion in hot butter for about 10 minutes or until tender but now browned.
Stir in flour and cook one minute.
Combine milk, broth Worcestershire and pepper and add slowly to mixture in pan, stirring constantly.
Stir in chicken and cheese and stir over low heat just until cheese melts.
