1/2 bottle Honey BBQ sauce or your favorite
about 1/2 cup Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Oven temp 275
Rinse Ribs in cold water and place ribs in an oven roasting pan. You will need to check them after 45 min or so, they will need to be drained.
Bake for 2 or 3 hours. Meanwhile, mix half a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce with 1//2 cup of honey. I poor out half the BBQ sauce, save for next time, and pour the honey into the bottle and shake it, shake it, shake it baby!
Gently remove ribs from oven they will be falling apart at this time. Put them on the hot grill and baste with the sauce and turn and baste until you get that nice crispy shell. Serve hot!

Personal Notes:
You decide how many people, how many ribs, and how much sweetness. This will get you started, and believe me these ribs are awesome! They go great with corn on the cob and a nice baked potato!
