1 lb. pkg sausage cooked
3-4 c. hash browns
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese or velveeta
10 eggs slightly beaten
4 cups whole milk
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put potates in well bttered 9X13 pan and sprinkle with cheese. Combine other ingredients and pour over top. Spinkle sausage into pan. Chill over night. Bake at 355 F for 1 hour.
