1 can of salmon ( 16 oz)
1 pkg cream cheese ( 8 oz)
1 T lemon juice
2 tsp finely chopped onion
2 tsp prepared horseradish
1/2 C chopped pecans
3 T snipped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, except pecans. Form into a ball. Roll in pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
