5 Lbs. Potatoes - Peeled & Cubed
1 Stick Butter
1/2 Cup Milk
1 1/2 Cups Sour Cream
1 Lb. Cooked Ham, Chopped in Small Cubes/Pieces
2 Cups Grated Cheese - Divided
2 Tbsp. Chopped Chives
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Boil potatoes till tender. Mash with butter and milk till smooth, stiff, but not dry. Add sour cream and 1/2 of cheese and seasonings.

Place in 9x13 pan. Smooth top and sprinkle with remaining cheese and chives. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
