1 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine
1 pkg dry yeast
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups warm potato water
7 cups flour
1 1/2 lbs brown sugar
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar, salt, and margarine to hot potatoes. When lukewarm, add yeast, eggs and potato water. Stir to mix. Stir in flour to make a stiff dough. knead until smooth. Put in a greased bowl and let rise until double.Punch down and chill in refrigerator. Do not use dough until thoroughly chilled. Grease 9x13 pans and cover bottom with 1/4 to 1/3 of brown sugar. Add just enough water to make sugar wet. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts. Roll out bread dough until 1/3 inch thick. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Roll out dough like a jelly roll, and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Place these flat side by side into pan on top of sugar mixture. Let rise until doubled. Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes. Invert on plate while hot ( otherwise they will stick to pan)
