2 cubes of margarine 1 tsp baking powder
3 c. sugar 1 tsp baking soda
4 eggs 2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp vanilla 2 c. raisins
6 c. sifted flour
sprinkle cinnamon and sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter to consistency of Mayonnaise, add sugar gradually and add one egg in at a time, beating well after each egg. Add vanilla beat until fluffy; sift flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture alternating with sour cream beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Form 3 in. cookies drop by heaping teaspoons on well greased cookie sheet, well apart. Bake at 375º for 12 to 15 minutes.
