2 cups Butter
2 cups White sugar
2 cups Brown sugar
4 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
4 cups Flour
5 cups Blended oatmeal (put oatmeal into blender; blend to fine powder)
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking powder
2 tsp Baking soda
24 oz Chocolate chips
18 oz Hershey bar, grated
3 cups Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter and both sugars
2. Add nuts and vanilla.
3. Mix together flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda.
4. Add chips, Hershey, nuts
5. Roll into balls; place 2' apart on cookie sheet.
6. Makes 112 cookies; may be halved.
7. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes.
