4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. raisins
1 egg
1-1/2 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Cut in margarine. Add raisins. Mix egg and buttermilk together and add to the rest of the mixture. Pour into greased pan, preferably an iron skillet, and bake 40 to 45 min. at 350 degrees.
