5 oz. can evaporated milk; 1/2 c. sugar; 2 tbsp. butter; 1 1/2 c semisweet chocolate chips; 1 tbsp. light corn syrup
In a medium saucepan combine one evaporated milk sugar and butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove pan from heat. Add corn syrup; stir until combined. Use frosting immediately.
