3/4 cup butter flavored Crisco
1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp soda
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Combine Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat egg into mixture. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Combine with other mixture until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Bake at 375º for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing.
