1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup vegetable oil
2 beaten eggs
2 t vanilla
5 cups flour
1 t baking soda
1 t cream of tartar
1/4 t salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars together. Add wet ingredients (oil, eggs, vanilla). Mix in remainder of ingredients. Divide dough into 4 rolls. Freeze and slice off as needed. Press each cookie with glass dipped in sugar. Bake in 350 oven for 10-15 minutes.
