1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1 tbsp chopped onion
1-2 tbsp brown sugar
1 can Hungry Jack flaky biscuits
2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400º. Grease 10 muffin cups.
2. Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain. Stir in bbq sauce, onion, and brown sugar. Cook 1 min to blend stirring constantly.
3. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place one biscuit in each greased muffin cup. Press firmly in bottom and up sides forming a 1/4 inch rim. Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into each biscuit cup. Sprinkle each with cheese.
4. Bake for 10-12 mins or until edges of biscuits are golden brown. Cool 1 min and remove from pan.
