1 pkg lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp grated lemon peel

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and lemon peel. Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
