2 Tbl. Paprika
1 Tbl. Dried Oregano
1 Tbl. Dried Powdered Onion
1 Tbl. Dried Powdered Garlic
1 Tbl. Dried Ancho Chili Powder (high quality chili powder)
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbl. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp. Fresh Ground Cumin

Grind spices if using whole spices. Combine in an airtight jar and store for up to six months.
