1 c. water 1 c. milk 4 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. flour 1/2 c. (1 cube) melted butter
Combine all ingredients. Heat skillet, medium high, then rub a little oil on pan. Ladle 1/4 c. batter onto skillet and tip pan until batter covers bottom evenly. Cook approximately 1 minute, then turn and cook for about another 30 seconds. The crepe should come off pan easily. Serve crepes with: Fruit sauce and whipped cream Butter and powdered sugar Cream cheese and fruit filling Meat mixture with can of chicken soup to bake for a meal.
