1 c. soy sauce
1 c. water
chopped onion, to taste
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
sprinkle of ginger
6 large chicken breasts or 8 smaller ones

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all sauce ingredients into 9x13 pan. Place thawed, uncooked chicken breasts in sauce. Marinate in fridge for 1-4 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Serve over
rice.
