6 slabs pork ribs
Seasoning of your choice

Heat oven to 240º. Put 6 slabs of pork ribs on cookie sheet (do not stack). Season to taste to your favorite seasoning, like Lowrey's or Pappy's.

Add 1/8 c water to pan and wrap cookie sheet tightly with aluminum foil

Cook for approximately 5-6 hours, slowly, and don't open to peek.

Add barbecue sauce at the end, if you like sauce, and cook another 15 minutes.

These will be the most delicious, fall-off-the-bone ribs ever.
