1 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cup butter Crisco
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/ cup flaked coconut
1 1/2 cup butterscotch bits
3 cup oats (not quick)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Add vanilla, flour. salt and baking soda and mix well. Stir with spoon adding 1 at a time the coconut, butterscotch and oats.
Bake at 350º for 12 -14 minutes
