1/4 c butter, melted
1 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 c milk

Confectionary sugar, fruit and whipped cream, or nuts, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour and salt. Beat 2 eggs slightly and add milk and flour, alternately. Beat in melted butter until all is mixed well. Warm 8 x 12 or 9 in pie pan in preheated 400 degree oven with melted butter to coat pan well. Sprinkle nuts in pan if desired. Pour batter into warmed pan and bake 20 minutes (will be puffy). Remove and dust with confectionary sugar. May add berries and whipped cream to serve if desired
