1 pkg refrigerated crescent rolls 1 lb. cooked sausage 1 c frozen hash browns, thawed 1 c shredded cheddar cheese 5 eggs 1/4 c milk 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Separate rolls into triangles and place on ungreased 12 in pizza pan. Press to cover sides and bottom. Layer sausage, potatoes and cheddar over crust. Beat eggs, milk and seasonings and pour over top. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake in 375 oven for 25-30 minutes
