2 eggs 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/3 c sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cinnamon 2 c milk, scalded 1 tsp vanilla
Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar and salt. Slowly stir in hot scalded milk. Add vanilla. Pour into unbaked 8 in shell. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and bake on lower shelf of 425 oven for 25-30 minutes or until custard is firm in center. Let cool at least 15 minutes before cutting.บบบบบบ
