10-12 lb Top Round Roast, cooked to rare, cool and have shaved.

6 15oz jars chili sause (I use Nance's)
4 28oz cans whole tomatos, cut tomatos in half in pot
9 med onions
9 med peppers
2/3 c vinegar
2/3 c worchestershire sauce
2 40oz bottles of ketchup

Saute peppers and onions in oil.
Add remaining ingredients except meat.
Mix well. Add meat and simmer a couple hours.

Best if made a day ahead. Freezes well.
