Beat 4 eggs with 1 c. sugar and vanilla
Add: 1 1/4 c. flour and mix by hand.
Melt a little butter in a bundt pan, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Put 1/2 of dough in pan. Place peeled apple slices on dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon, cover with balance of dough.

Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour.
