2/3 c unsweetened cocoa 1 c sugar 6 tbsp butter 1/2 c boiling water 2 tbsp corn syrup
In saucepan combine cocoa, butter and water. Heat for 3 minutes stirring constantly. Blend sugar in blender for about 40 seconds to make it superfine. Add sugar and corn syrup to chocolate in pan. Simmer 3-4 minutes, until thick. Serve on ice cream.
