3 lbs. Boneless country style pork ribs
2 c. Ketchup
1/2 - 2/3 c. brown sugar
2 T. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
5 - 10 drops 100% pain hot sauce
1 T Cholula hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pork.
1. Place pork in crock pot and slow cook for 6 - 8 hours. Drain off juices. Add sauce and cook for 30 min.
2. Or you can boil pork in large pot for 2 hours. Remove and place on broiling rack. Cover with sauce and broil.
3. After boiling, you can put sauce on pork and put it on the BBQ until sauce starts to get crispy.

This is just a base sauce, you can add more brown sugar if you like it sweet, or adjust hot sauce depending on you tastes. I also cook this and freeze it and take it camping or hunting. You can put in on the BBQ or just warm it up in a frying pan.
You can also use this for pulled pork sandwiches.
