PIE CRUST
1 9in. crumb crust
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 t. grated lemon rind
3 egg yolks

MERINGUE
3 egg whites
1/4 t. cream of tartar
6 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In medium size bowl, combine sweetened condensed
milk, lemon juice, grated lemon rind, and egg yolks.
Blend ingredients until thickened. Pour into pie shell.

In small sized bowl, beat whites with tartar until soft
peaks form. Add sugar gradually. Spread over filling
and seal to pie shell. Bake in 325 degree oven 12 to 15
minutes until top is golden brown.
