3 c. Flour
1T. Baking Powder
1 T. Baking Soda
1T. Cinnamon
1tsp. Salt
3 Sticks of Butter (Room Temp)
1 1/2 c. White Sugar
1 1/2 c. Packed Light Brown Sugar
3 eggs
1 T. Vanilla
3 C Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
3 C. Old fashioned Rolled Oats
2 C. Sweetened Flake Coconut
2 C. Chopped Pecans

1)Preheat Oven to 350 Degree º
2)In a 8qt bowl, beat butter on medium speed until smooth & creamy, about one minute. Gradually beat in sugars and continue beating to combine about 2 minutes.
3) Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
4) Beat in vanilla, stir in flour mixture until just combined. (Flour, baking poweder, soda, cinnamon & salt)
5) Add chocolate chips, oats, coconut & pecans.
6) For each cookie drop 1/4 c. of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet, spacing 3 inch. apart. Bake 17-20 min. until edges are lightly browned.
7) Remove to rack to cool.
