1/2 tsp ground Ginger
1/2 tsp ground Mustard
2 lb fresh Beef Brisket
2 1/4 C Water
1 C Ketchup
1/4 C Worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown Sugar
2 tsp Liquid Smoke
1 tsp Chili powder
Kaiser buns

Directions:

Combine the ginger and mustard. Rub over brisket. Place in shallow roasting pan and bake uncovered at 325 Degrees F for 2 hours.
Let stand for 20 minutes. Thinly slice meat against the grain. Place in a foil lined baking dish 13X9. In a bowl mix together water, ketchup, worchestershire sauce, brown sugar, liquid smoke and chili powder. Pour over meat. Cover tightly with foil and bake 3 hours longer, still at 325 degrees F, until tender. Take meat out of the oven and shred with forks. Serve on buns.
