1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup veg. oil
1 cup soft butter
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup Rice Krispies
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Mix sugars, oil, egg and butter until blended. Stir in baking soda, salt and flour. Mix well. Add vanilla, cereal, coconut and oats. Stir again until well mixed. Drop by tsp on ungreased sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes

This chewy cookie can be baked longer for a crisper cookie. Can add chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
