1 lb. apricots (ground)
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. orange juice
powdered sugar
pecans (halved and roasted)
Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients in saucepan 10 minutes. Cool;
then form into cookies. Roll in powdered sugar. Press
pecan in center of each.
