4 cup apples, peeled and cored. 2 cup frozen apple juice, pureed 1-2 tsp sugar/cinnamon mix.
Put apples and apple juice in food processor and puree. Cook in crock pot for 8-10 hours on high. Add the sugar/cinnamon when cooking and then when done, taste again and add more sugar/cinnamon in needed. Cook on high until very thick.
