8 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp soft butter
1 tbsp white wine or chicken broth
lemon (1 squeeze)
2 tsp minced garlic cloves
1/2 tsp coarse ground pepper
1 tsp dried thyme leaves

Directions:

Mix all ingredients until smooth and blended. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serve at room temperature
