2 racks cracked beef or pork ribs (about 7 lbs)
Sauce:
1/2 c apricot or peach preserves
1/3 c orange juice
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2 T soy sauce
1 T hot pepper sauce
1 T paprika
1 T chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sauce ingredients. Marinate ribs in sauce for 3-4 hours. Bake at 425 for 45 minutes, then at 350 for 1-1/2 hours. (Or grill for 1 3/4 hours)
