2 eggs
2 c. flour
Filling:
1 (16 oz.) dry curd cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. or more whipping cream
2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
1 egg
Potatoes
1 pint heavy cream
1 onion (cut into small slices)
Salt and pepper
3 slices bread (cut into cubes)

Kase Noodles with potatoes:
Cut and boil potatoes.
When potatoes are done, mash adding 1 Tbsp. cream, onion, salt and pepper.

Kase Noodles with cottage cheese:
In a bowl mix cottage cheese, egg, cream and butter.

Mix eggs and flour together to make a stiff dough.
Roll out dough to 1/4 in. thick. Cut into 3 to 4 in. squares.
Put a rounded Tbsp. filling of cottage cheese or potatoes in square. Bring up corners and pinch sides closed.
Drop into boiling salted water until noodles are tender. Spoon out with a slotted spoon. Boil 1 to 2 at a time.

Sauce: Add remainder of cream, salt and pepper to pan.
Heat until warmed through.

In skillet, melt butter and saute onions.
Cut sandwich bread into small squares. Brown in butter in skillet.
Put Kase Noodle in a serving dish. Pour cream and onion over the top adding the bread on last.
